I know the Tax programs that are available and will be proactive in registering as many families that currently qualify for them. I hold two degrees from Cleveland State. I have worked my entire life in the private sector auditing and managing accounts; coordinating with multiple departments to get results.

What does the County Auditor Do?
The auditor's office is one that holds many responsibilities. The major responsibilities of the auditor's office are conducting property assessment, promoting tax saving programs to help tax payers. Implementing Accurate and efficient property assessment programs. The Auditor chairs the Data Board and is responsible for cyber security and IT issues.

What skills and experience do you bring to the office
I have managed millions of dollars at a single time with my current employer, terminating Independent contracts of those who have engaged in either unethical or illegal behavior that I discovered. I have worked with cutting edge technology. I have served as Treasurer for Willoughby Lodge 302 a non-profit organization.

What does the County Auditor Do?
County Auditor has three main duties, Fiscal Officer, Chief Payroll Officer, and Chief Assessor. The Auditor prepares County Annual Financial Report, every three years the auditor must update all Real Property Values, register and inspect manufactured homes, administer homestead exemption, sell vendor licenses, disburse real estate taxes to political subdivisions.

What skills and experience do you bring to the office
I have an Associate Degree and Bachelor of Science Degree both with a Major in Accounting. I have been Lake County Auditor the last thirty-one years and have administered all the duties and responsibilities of the Auditors Office. I have received a clean audit from Auditor of State every year.
