Qualifications for this office:
State Representative for 16 years.
Worked with companies such as Steris and Metal Seal that were considering moving operations elsewhere. We offered them tax incentives and low interest loans to keep their jobs in Lake County. (Other qualifications listed below).

Facing reduced federal and state funds, how will you prioritize county spending?
1. Maintain Social Services - focus on addiction epidemic. Funded Lake Health's new addiction center, major Extended Housing project and passed Free Clinic legislation.
2. Emphasize Education - Funded new Lake County vocational training programs and obtained additional funding for Perry Schools and Lakeland
3. Founded both infrastructure and shoreline improvements

If you have to raise revenue, how would you do that?
1. Economic expansion
2. Bonds, Grants, Asset Sales
3. Tax Increases
